Sit on a chair, feet flat on the floor ,elbows tucked into the waist, palms facing down

Sitting arm opener palms down. In this exercise sit on a chair with the feet flat on the floor. Bend the arms and tuck the elbows into the waist, turn the palms of the hands down to the floor, now open the arms out to the side, keeping the elbows tucked in and gently bring them back to the centre.
Breathe in as you open the arms out to the side, keeping the elbows tucked into the waist. Breathe out as you return to the centre and complete 5 sets.
Keep the feet flat on the floor.
Look forwards throughout the exercise.
Keep the back straight.
Do not lean forwards.
STOP IF YOUR BACK OR NECK HURTS YOUAT ANY TIME
