Sit on a chair feet flat on the floor, shoulders soft and neck long and relaxed breathe in to prepare

 Sitting arm stretch down and back. In this exercise sit on the chair with the feet flat on the floor, not using the back of the chair and sitting up very tall, allow the arms to straighten towards the floor with the palms facing back.Now we are going to gently push the fingers to the floor and the palm backwards and then gently return them back to a relaxed position.

Breathe in to prepare, breathe out as you push the fingers down and back, breathe in and return to the starting position and repeat 5 times.

 

Care note

Keep the feet flat on the floor.

Look forwards throughout the exercise.

Keep the back straight.

Do not lean forwards. 

STOP IF YOUR BACK OR NECK HURTS YOU AT ANY TIME
