Lay on your right side with a cushion under your head ,your arms should be stretched out in front of the body, palm facing palm, breathe in to prepare

Shoulder mobility lying on the right side. In this exercise lie on the floor on the right side with a cushion under your head and the arms stretched out in front of the body. Breath in to prepare, breath out and stretch the left out away from the body. Breath in and return the shoulder back placing the hand on the hand and repeat 5 times.                                                                       Breath in to prepare, breath out and stretch the left hand along the floor and lift towards the ceiling. Breath in and return the hand back to the starting position and repeat 5 times.                                                             Breath in to prepare, breath out and stretch the left hand away and lift towards the ceiling and continue and reach behind the body follow the hand with your eyes. Breath in and return back to the resting position and relax, resting the right hand on top of the left hand and repeat 5 times.                                    Breath in to prepare, breath out and stretch the left hand away and lift towards the ceiling and continue and reach behind the body follow the hand with your eye. Breath in and circle the arm around the head and bring it back so that the right hand is  on top of the left hand and repeat 5 times.
